SSI SCHAEFER constructed a completed fully automatic high bay warehouse including roller and chain conveyors for HAGO, automotive sub-supplier. SSI SCHAEFER completed this project in only 10 months.
The integration of the production areas into the overall logistics was among the special challenges of this project. The exchange of molding tools in the production area, for instance, was taken into consideration with regard to the overall conceptual design – tools that are not needed are stored automatically.
The high degree of automation of the entire project resulted in an enormous gain in production.
