SSI SCHAEFER was contracted to elaborate a concept and to plan the modernization and refurbishment of the existing distribution centre at Gehe Pharma Handel GmbH.
Based on the existing warehouse processes, the goal of the project was to optimize order handling capacity and quality by using a high degree of automation. A separate refrigerated area, as well as different solutions for special products, were incorporated into the system.
